 CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

  • Artists will not be responsible for supervising children. Their behavior and safety are the Client’s and or Parents’ responsibility, and the client agrees to provide proper supervision for all children.
  • The client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and / or any damage to the artist’s equipment or supplies caused by pets, sprinklers, or guests.
  • Artist is not responsible for any adverse effects that other entertainment might have on the face painting, such as sweat (bounce houses) water (swimming pools), etc. Your quoted time frame does not include time required to re-do faces so please plan accordingly.
  • Artists will not paint or tattoo anyone who is sick or appears to be sick or suffering with open sores, rashes or conjunctivitis, sunburn or any infectious skin conditions or open wounds. The determination is at the artist’s discretion.
  • Client understands that darker face paints will linger and must be removed with mild liquid soap, water, and washcloth.
  • Client understands that some water-resistant face paint comes off with Makeup remover that removes waterproof makeup.
  • Client understands that glitter tattoos come off with 70% isopropyl alcohol or baby oil.
  • We strive to use only the safest materials: however, no product can guarantee that they will not cause a reaction to anyone. Ask for an ingredient list if desired, it is the client’s responsibility.
  • For safety reasons, artists will not paint or tattoo children under the age of 2 or anyone who is unwilling.
  • If it is an indoor event, please make sure there is adequate lighting and a minimum of 10’ x 10’ for two artists to work.

SUBJECT MATTER:

  • Artist will not paint subject matter that he or she deem offensive or disturbing.
  • At public events, the artist will not paint or tattoo on any part of the body that is not legal to be exposed in a public place, or an area on the body that the artist does not feel comfortable painting or tattooing.

PHOTO RELEASE:

  • Artists may take photos of their work. Artists retain the right to use these images for promotional purposes on the company’s photo boards, website and social media platforms. No names will be associated with photos. If you do not wish for photographs to be taken, please inform us in writing prior to your event.

RESCEDULING:

  • Should the client for any reason cancel or postpone the contracted day or time, the fee will be held for a future event, or a portion will be held for work already done. (that is for paperwork, or any special design work done ahead).
  • However, in the case of postponement, Our Creative Imaginings will work with you to accommodate an alternate date based on the Artist’s prior commitments.

PAYMENT:

The client agrees to pay the full amount under this contract, even if the client uses the artist for less time than contracted for.  If paid by check, there is a $50.00 check fee if the check is returned. Payment must be paid in full at time of booking with contract. Check made out to: Judith Tyler or William Sattler

 CONTRACT AGREEMENT CONTINUED:

 BOOKING DATE: The time slot will not be reserved until the signed contract and fee is received.

ADDITIONAL TIME:  Time spent after the contract agreement will be at the rate of $145 per hour, or $80 per half hour, per artist. Additional Time is only if the Artist(s) doesn’t have a prior commitment.

TRAVEL FEES There will be a travel fee of $.70 per mile if it is over 30 miles from Concord, NH.

EVENT PRICING:

Birthday or Home Party: (pricing is for one artist)

Weekend event $300.00 for two hours, $135 per additional hours. (Depending on designs 8 – 12 faces per hour) plus travel fee if applicable.

Weekday event $260.00 for two hours, $125.00 per additional hour. (Depending on designs 8 – 12 faces per hour) plus travel fee if applicable.

Corporate, Business & School Events: (pricing is for two artists)

$600.00 for the first two hours, then $270.00 per hour after.

Donations or Non-profit events:

                Please realize we do this for a living. Contact us for special pricing for your event, feel free to find a sponsor to cover our fee and we will give credit to the sponsor at your event. Thank you for understanding.
