Thank you for hiring Our Creative Imaginings LLC Face & Body Artistry by Judy Tyler and Staff, we are looking forward to doing designs at your event and creating  smiles.

Clients agrees to pay the full amount under this contract, even if Client actually uses Artist for less time then contracted for. The 50% retainer is not refundable, should the Client for any reason cancel or postpone the contracted day or time period.

However, in case of postponement, Our Creative Imaginings will work with you to accommodate an alternate date although you may not receive your first alternate choice based on the Artist’s prior commitments.

The Retainer may be paid with a check, minimum twelve days in advance for check to clear. $50 check fee if check is returned. Check is made out to Judy Tyler.

Booking Date: The time slot will not be reserved until the signed contract and retainer are received.

Overtime: Time spent after contract agreement will be at the rate of $100 per hour, or $50 per half hour per artist. This is only available if Artist(s) doesn’t have a prior commitment .

Travel Fees: There will be a travel fee of $.50 per mile if over 30 miles from Concord, NH.

EVENT PRICING

Birthday or Home Parties

  • Weekend Event: $250 for two hours, $100 per additional hour ( depending on designs 8 to 12 faces ) plus travel fee if applicable. Balance due 10 days before event or otherwise agreed upon. This is for one artist, please plan accordingly.

  • Weekday Event:
  • $200 for the first two hours, $100 per additional hour (depending on designs 8 to 12 faces)plus travel fee if applicable. Balance due 12 days before event or otherwise agreed upon. This is for one artist, please plan accordingly.

Corporate, business and school events :

  • This is for two artists.  $500 for the first two hours, then $200. per hour after. $250 to retain date, balance due 12 days before event or otherwise agreed upon. This is for two artists, if your event needs more, please plan accordingly.

Full Day or Multiple Day Events: Please contact Judy Tyler, Our Creative Imaginings LLC for pricing.

Donations or non profit , please realize that we do this as a living. Paid per face events we do a percentage , usually 15%. If we are not allowed to charge, please feel free to find a sponsor to cover our fees.

No smoking around face painting area, we are allergic.
